RIPTIDE is an hybrid between design studio, creative platform, event organizer and cultural and social mediator.

Intercross between territory, society and art, our projects offer an alternative way to consider, imagine and design our daily living environment. RIPTIDE creates the link between urban stakeholders: citizens and local communities, government and developers, designers and artists.

RIPTIDE is a non-governmental organization co-founded in 2010 by Gigi Liang and Michael Patte.
